I used to have a therapist i didnt trust at all and never told him anything, but now i got one thats pretty trustworthy

No I don't. I've tried a few and none of them have helped me at all.

There are all kinds of therapists, some better than others.

Yes honey, I'd be dead if I didn't have them.  I trust them absolutely.
