the rule is that is there are no rules and only exceptions, cant follow them then your breaking the rules of exceptions. Does that mean an exception to that rule is breaking them, yet there is no rule claiming you can break them, yet that is the exception.

Your still breaking the rule of exception ether way you look at it. Your always going to be breaking the rule of exception if you keep excepting to except the rules of exception....
