Does Acupressure Work?

I'm due to have my second child like....NOW, and shes not coming out, so ive looked for things to help speed up labor, and Ive looked into Acupressure, I want to know what points to push and rub? Can anybody help me with this, or any other remedy to help get this darn kid out?
