Does Liberty have school bullies?

Question

Liberty is a brand name school.The kids there do not accept girls who don't where Hollister,Abercrombie,Aroepostale,Americ... Eagle,and much more.My daughter went to this school for 5th grade and had a horrible year.I do not reccomend attending this school if your in finatial difficulty.We actualy visited these places and the clothes are preppy and expensive.The kids are paying 30-50 dollars for these clothes.The kids there will ask you personal questions about why you don't were these items.Some even make fun of you for the lunch you bring or how your family looks.Do not go to this school if you can not afford these things!If any other parent has experienced this problem at Liberty or any other school please comment.It is time for us to end this brand name war and allow our children to learn in peace!

This is why there needs to be uniforms in ALL schools.  Sorry your child had a bad year.  Hope she will have a much better school year coming up & that she is a great achiever... that is what will count in the end.  Good luck!

I had a similar experience at liberty.I sent my high performing daughter to liberty where she incounterd these high fashion girls.They treated her horribly.When I tried to solve the bulling problem the principle and teacher they were bored and annoyed .When her grades began to drop drastically they refereed her to the school physiologist.All the while she continued being bullied,ignored,taunted,and insulted.Her self esteem suffered terrably.Finaly when the school staff gave up they suggested that I put my daughter on medication.Instead I pulled her out of Liberty and now she is happy again and will go to school with people of a middle class income.I have found these children to be much kinder.Liberty parents,you have much to teach your children about manners and kindness!!!!

That sucks I guess, but kids are usually meaner in Elementary school, they say what's on their mind. That just the way they are. But I agree, it's not a desirable environment for education.

that sounds like an awful school to go to!! i hate people who judge you by the clothes you wear!
