Generally yes. Because of the ingredients. Even Mineral liq. foundation does. Look for silicone, dimethicone family on the label. majority of commercial foundations or cosmetics use silicone, dimethicone that clog up the pores. They are considered emollient. Not in the oil categories though. To avoid this, go with high quality Mineral powder brand that does not have toxic ingredients, like paraben. All the mineral powder make up isn't chemical free. QVC just launched 100% pure cosmetic line, a bit pricey but purely organic.
