Northern Mexico has a climate pretty much like the ones you find in the states that neighbors Mexico. I live on Chihuahua city and snows like at least twice on the winter, the average temperature in winter is like 40 degrees F going all the way to the 20´s F at night  and in tha mountains the drop could go as far as 0 in the coldest winter, We deal with broken pipes and all , but we don´t need special cars removing snow from the streets since the snow melts down at mid day and most of the time is only like 1 to 3 inches of snow,
