  1. Sure.  Coffee.  The carbs come from adding sugar, so get the sugar-free version of anything and you'll be fine.  

    Chai tea is only low-carb if you use a chai teabag and add milk and artificial sweetener yourself.  The regular stuf is chock-full of sugar and therefore carbs.


  2. I think that Starbuck's Chai Tea is low in carbs. Otherwise I know the water is ;)

  3. I have no idea. Walked into one of their franchises 'once'; I looked at their prices and left. Anyone that would pay that much for a hot cup of flavoured water is out of their mind!

  5. Unless the Chai is in a teabag ,it is full of sugar. The concentrate is all sugar. All the flavors are full of sugar unless you get sugar-free which are full of artificial sweetener.

    A coffee,tea(bag), latte(no flavor) are low carb depending on the carbs in the milk(latte). They have nutritional facts you can look at there or on the Starbucks website.
