I applied for a job online for Wal-Mart and I went through the 3 interviews and I went to take the Drug Screen yesterday.. Then the assistant manager told me yesterday I was gonna get a call for orientation on Monday...

If he told you that you were going to get a call for orientation, then you should have the job unless something drastic happens.

if you are going to orientation then yes you are hired.

when you go through orientation you are PAID it is work hours,

so relax and enjoy the weekend you are now part of the workforce.

Normally, I'd say you're not officially hired until you sign the paper that has your hourly/salary rate on it, that guarantees you've been hired, but I think in this case you can safely say you got the job. Congratulations! Don't be nervous, it can be a lot of fun!
