Yes, my wife and in-laws are from Panama. I love going back, I usally go back every year. Is a very beautiful place, with very nice people. True Panama uses USA currency, but they do have there own coins ( Balboas) I like the 10 and 20 Balboas, even though they are large like the old US silver dollars. Women are beautiful, beer is cheap, and food is good.

I am from Panama and I would gladly send you a coin, however be aware that Panama does not issue dollar bills or paper currency.
