Doesn't say the schools are closed on the web site calendar for the 21st. They will be making an announcement about it. Check with your news station.  Or call Volusia County Hotline

"Volusia County schools will remain closed Wednesday, August 20th, due to Tropical Storm Fay. District Administrative offices will also be closed. An announcement will be made Wednesday regarding the status of schools and administrative offices."
