  1. OMG! I'm 11 and have been interested in that since kindergarten (haunted school, no joke) tell me if there are any, or for myths (loch ness, bigfoot, etc;) we did debates in class about those, and since i'm in Jersey, we did the Jersey Devil too. We split into groups, pros& cons and we debated on wether it was real or not, i did Loch ness, he may like that, i'm sure i loved it!

    hope it helps

  2. google search a group in your immediate vicinity.   call and ask them.  also, you can join with him and go on hunts together,  i do with my daughter.

  3. Don't you think that as a parent you should be encouraging your child to think logically instead of filling his head with this ghost nonsense?

Everybody 'believes' in Unidentified Flying Objects.

  4. not that I am aware of.  This is mainly because of the liabilities of going into a business or a private residence.  Most insist on 18years or older.  Some will take no one less than 21 years.  But he could always start a yahoo group aimed at youngsters who like the paranormal.

There was one incidence where a husband and wife team members wanted to bring a 12 yr old to an active investigation at a cemetery.  After much thought, I gave my consent because I feel that children who have an active interest should have that interest nurtured and encouraged.  But I made it plain that if I felt that the daughter needed to leave, there would be no compromise.  She did fine and seemed to enjoy it alot.

  5. Google it, I am sure there are websites for children. If there isn't there should be. Maybe he could do a blog or two.

  6. Take him out to haunted houses.  You could practice with your own house even.  Just make sure he gets a good explanation of how to objectively investigate.  It will give him great critical thinking skills.  However, given his young age you should be prepared for a possibly negative outcome.

  7. Honestly at such a young age, I doubt anyone would be interested in having him on a team. You might want to take him on ghost tours though. Those are so much fun and he would get a kick out of them.

  8. well, like some above answers I would google it. Do not, however, expect to find something immediately. I don't agree with it but many people think that children just imagine things that they don't see. They think that children have an overactive imagination.
