probably craft shows or flea markets I don't know where you live but look into "fair trade " stores these are stores that bring in products from 3rd World countries sell them and return the profits to the artisans that made them sorry of topic but the first thoughts are for your question

JcPennys sales really cute wwf shirts that are made from organic cotton that are super cheap and they have them at Target, and also Wal-Mart!!!!Can also do it by just being creative and make your own.
