  1. yeah

    if you are going running wake up at least an hour and a half before you go and eat breakfast immediatly after you wake up

    and i know it sounds silly but my cross country coach says to drink chocoalate milk within a half an hour after you run, and it really does work!!!

    make sure you have the right shoes too!!!
