Do they have good service? Do you get good coverage? How is customer support? Are their phones good? Would you recommend them? Do their texts go through all the time?

  1. My brother has metro. He's crazy about their unlimited plans. Customer service is good when it gets down to it, we delt with a few snotty employees, but finally we found the right people and they took care of any issues. He likes his flip phone, with the keyboard. And as far as I know all texts go through.

He recommends it all the time, even to me, in my recent phone search. But I can't afford $50 a month for a phone.

  2. I had METROPCS 4 years ago, when the company sucked. Back then I could barely leave my town without losing coverage.  But now when I talk to friends with Metro, they say the coverage has gotten tremendously better. There are randomly some problem with texts going through, but the majority of the time it works.

  3. Yes, I do, and I would never have another company, I don't like keeping track of minutes, I mean who has time for that? The coverage depends on where you live, because they don't have it all over yet, but I love in South Florida, and coverage is from Homestead to Jupiter, which are way south and way north, so that is never an issue, last year when I went to Disney World (orlando) I got travel talk and didn't have to pay anything more because that was an area that metropcs is in. my favorite part is unlimited local and long distance, and of course text, I always get my messages, so I'd say they are good. They have many different phones you can choose from. Customer support is a little difficult as in most places, with an automated system nightmare, but if you always select "activate a new phone", you are sure to talk to a real person. Yes, I would definately recommed them
