Does anyone know about spotting?

i had spotting twice in july 18 days apart and the second time it has lasted about seven days and when i thought i was done and then i went to the bathroom its started again like its off and on but im not relly crampy with it and i havent taken a pregnancy test or anything like that.im comfused on this.

try taking an hpt to be sure if you're pregnant or not, do you have regular cycles? if so then takl to your doc about this spotting twice a month, if you have irregular cycles talk to your doc about meds to regulate it, you can also ask a doctor online for free for advice, try www.FertilityTies.com
