  1. Depends on the person. When I was little my hair grew best in braids. (I meant it wouldn't have grown without them) I noticed now that my hair grows faster in braids than me wearing it down.

  2. No.  How could it?

  3. No

  4. No It Breaks off Alot of your Hair

  5. no, sorry :(

  6. I would say not.  You are more likely to damage your hair by braiding... instead of wanting it to grow.  They make a conditioner to help grow hair out.. I believe it is at Sally's Beauty Salon..

  7. YES!!!

but you have to go to the right person if the person

who does your hair dosent know wht they are doing

then you hair will certainly break off

my cousin braided my hair and it broke off

but i when to a speacialsit and my hair is super long now

its crazy how much it has grown in the past year

dont listen to those other people they probaly never ever had braids so how would they know?? take some advice from someone with experience. im NOT going to lie to you
