MyNetworkTV is a broadcast network consisting of former UPN and The WB affiliates that were not made "affils" (TV industry term for "affiliates") of the CW when those two "weblets" (mini-networks with limited coverage areas) merged.

Apart from local affiliates that might be on local cable systems, your best bet is getting a DTV converter box (it's most often the local Fox station's digital subchannel) to tune in to this network.

Yeah, it's UPN.  You don't even need to have a cable hookup to get that channel.
