  1. No.  

    "Case dismissed" means the case got thrown out and nothing was decided.  In other words,   marriage still in effect.   The suit for divorce will have to be filed again.    


  2. No.  It means case thrown out.


  3. Your still married, the case did not resolve anything, and you now must restart (refile) the divorce proceeding.
