  1. Pure cream from a cow has lactose... a sugar. So, yes... but it's not very much. In fact, from a diabetic's standpoint, it's negligible.

  3. Yes, it has lactose which is a form of sugar. But with the fat content it is so negligable as to be almost non sugar food.

    It is the only form of milk product other than cheeses that I can have and not spike my glucose all the way over the moon.
