All u gotta do is play 08 and boom you have NASCAR 09.

It would be kinda cool, but kinda dumb at the same time.

In a perfect world, that only a NASCAR game can create there would be no rain delays & the race would go on, on time every weekend.

While I like the concept of rain being a possibility in NASCAR 09, I think it defeats the entire purpose of the game. For instance, who would want to sit by their Xbox for 2 hours waiting out a rain delay on a video game LOL.

I really do not understand the concept of raining on a NASCAR game, unless you mean for some type of arcade racing where you can drive in the rain.

I think cloudy conditions would be better, but the game could have realistic weather conditions like NCAA Football games and if it is raining at the track in real life, they could have it rain on the game. The only difference would be that you could simulate the rain delay on NASCAR and then qualify with all of the rubber washed away to create a more realistic effect.

With all of that said...I am 95% sure it doesn't rain in NASCAR 09, but I am sure someone will come by and confirm it later.
