  2. Everything milk can do soy milk can do better.  Milk does have a small amount of iron...perhaps from the blood in it :P

    I get my iron from fortified breakfast cereal:)  Milk is cruel and gross.  It's for baby cows, not us and consuming dairy supports the veal and beef industry.
