Does money mart have egyptian pounds?

You can go to your bank and order Egyptian Pounds.  When I did it, my bank took 2 or 3 days to deliver them to me.  I don't think you will need to exchange many C$ to pounds, but you are better to take some with you for immediate use on your arrival in Egypt.  It will probably be easier if you traveled to Egypt and used US$ instead of C$.

After you arrive you will find it easy to exchange US$ (The easiest to exchange and preferred currency in Egypt), Euros and Pounds Sterling to Egyptian Pounds.  I don't know how easy it will be to exchange Canadian Dollars.

No, Egyptian pounds are only found in Egypt. Just come with yoru Canadian dollars or US dollars and you can exchange them here, if you are coming in the first place :)

Are you referring to Money Mart company? They have foreign currency exchange, but only major ones like Euro, English pounds, Australian but not Egyptian pounds.

I am not sure where exactly you are but in BC, Vancouver Bullion is the biggest currency exchange. It's located in downtown. If you are in another province, you'll probably find one that is similar to them.
