Does my camera have a chance?

Question

My camera just fell in the sink and got soaked. Once it dries do you think it has a chance of working? (I ask because cell phones sometimes work after drying when they have gotten wet) so I'm just curious if anyone has had this happen to them before....Can an electronic with water damage even be repaired? d**n it !

hmm maybe,

i droped my cordless phone in the sink before and it worked perfectly after, and my brother brought his cell phone into the pool by an accident before and it worked, let it dry out in the sun !!!

i hope it works once its dry :)

anyhow,you can try having it repaired in a camera repairshop or what.

i tried once and i just changed something inside my camera.

I doubt it will work after it dries, it all depends on your luck haha.. but if your camera is repaired it will work. However, ask the repair store or person before you leave it there for repair. It can save you time and money ;) good luck.
