Does p90x really work?

or is it just another get bulk scam. im 16, im not overweight im average and have some muscle but looking to bulk up even more. i wanna know if p90x really does work and if there's anything hard in the video that some people cant do.

P90X is extreme!  I highly recommend starting with P90, prior to P90X.  I will say it is definitely not a scam.  It will require your complete dedication for 90 days.
