  1. They are nothing but a scam.  They wanted to interview me.  Then I did an internet search on them before the interview.  NO WAY was I getting involved in what in essence is a pyramid scheme.

  2. Primerica is the only company out there serving the middle income market. Majority of middle income families are in debt, spending more than what they make, and may have to postpone their retirement until a later age. Primerica has solutions to all these problems by using a customize, confidential, and complimentary financial needs analysis. There are other companies that do parts of what Primerica does, but they don't do everything for the client.

If you were a client, you would be in a better situation than you were before. The only people who say bad things about Primerica are people who don't understand the company or they are agents from other companies. But major publications such as USA Today, Wall Street Journal, Forbes, Fortune, Premier Business, etc. all said good things about Primerica on how Primerica is serving the under served market (middle America), teaching families about money, and helping clients get on track to reach financial goals.

Does Primerica suck? I don't see how it is since Primerica does the right thing for clients 100% of the time. For example, Primerica show clients on how to get more life insurance coverage for low amount of premiums; show clients how to get out of debt few years sooner and save tens of thousands of dollars off the total cost; and show clients how to invest in the market versus saving it in the bank.

  3. Do you simply believe the people in this answer forum who are saying it is a scam and pyramid without providing any evidence? If someone is trying to get you involved, then please take the time, go do your due diligence and legitimate research. You are going to find only a few credible answers here in yahoo answers.  Oh in regards to pyramids,80 percent of workers are in pyramids. They are called corporations, the military and government, and most of the workers are trapped in cubicles in their j.o.b (just over broke).

    Anyway, here is their website.

    http://www.primerica.com/public/

It is part of Citigroup and is on the New York Stock Exchange.
