Does she needs a cell?

ok my friend just told me she was getting a cell phone she even asked me did she need one because she doesnt talk on the phone much or at all she likes to chat alot to different ppl over the net like around the world and in different states she doesnt have no one cell phone number and shes going 2 high school just like me so i guess her mom wanted 2 buy her one but she isnt sure if she wants one so does she need one?

She should know whether she needs one. If she drives alone most of the time, it is good to carry a cell phone. A cell phone is a good thing to have when the car breaks down.

No, she does not need a cell phone. 99% of the people who have cell phones don't *need* them (especially the students in my classes).

I have never had a cell phone, and I know it's hard to believe, but I am in fact still alive.  Knowing how to change your own flat tire is a better use of your time than buying a cell phone.
