Does sony cybershot have a program?

I got a sony cybershot DSC-P8. I went to transfer my pictures. I transfered the pictures to a different folder and when i try to view them they say access denied. Is there a program I need to download to view the pics?

  1. That happened to me with Windows XP home.  Apparently it thought I was pirating pictures.  Complain to Microsoft.
