Starbucks offers most of their drinks in a "lite" or fat free/reduced fat version. They also have an awesome Skinny Latte.

get it made with sugar free vanilla syrup, or not syrup.  Then ask for skim milk.

Just dont drink them and choose something more healthy.

Since no one else has actually answered your question, yes, they do offer a "light" version of their frappacino.  It uses a different base mix, and they do not put the whipped cream on top.  

To save even more calories, try "skinny" (fat free milk and sugar-free syrup) iced lattes...I know it's not the same thing, but they're just as delicious to me!
