Does the Bowflex really gets results?

Yes, if used effectively. You need to use it everyday for like 40 minutes for 6 weeks or more. Bowflex is probably a workout machine that makes you buff, but a lot of work has to go into it.

Though, the gyms pretty good. Better than Bowflex. Both will probably give you results but Bowflex does cost a shiny penny.

Yes it does.  You will not lose weight at first, but you will lose inches in the first two weeks.  I sold mine because of space needed, but if I add onto the house, I would buy another one.

I lost 11 inches over all in 2 weeks.  I only lose 2 lbs.  But you will not believe how fast it works.  I worked out every day for 30 minutes.  Upper body one day and lower body the next day.  I had the sport which is the largest system.

I did rowing exercise on it every day for 15 minutes, then body workouts for the other 15 minutes.

I felt a lot stronger after 3 weeks and was able to help move hoses around at a structure fire.  I am female and hoses full of water are heavy.  Just one roll of hose is 60 lbs.  without water.

If you do it and stick with it, it will work.

I just wish I had the space to do it again..  I sure felt good.

The variety of exercises with the bowflex are great.  Any thing specific, it has an exercise in the book to go with it.

I needed a lot of leg and upper body work to lift.  It seems so easy...  The exercises sneak up on you.  You think this is too easy and I am not sweating, then you measure and get on the scales and get a nice surprise.

you could go to walmart and spend a whole h**l of alot less on a home gym.  I bought one for about $180 which allows me to do about 20 different exercizes.

To an extent, yes. I find it isn't as effective as the good ol' gym though.
