Does this happen in the ATM?

Question

my boyfriend and i are about to withdraw money in the ATM. the balance was P6789.95

i typed withdraw 6700.

but then i changed my mind and decided to withdraw it later, and pressed no to cancel the process.

when i went back it became only P89.95.

we didnt even get the money. is there any chance that the money was withdrawn and stangers got it, or was the machine wrong?

ps: i tried it 3 times on different machines.

If you submitted the request and it was authorized, the withdrawal may have been memo-posted to your account to put a hold on the money. Even though you cancelled the withdrawal, that hold would remain until it aged out.

If that was the case, the balance should have recovered in a few days.If not, then you should notify the bank to investigate.

you must visit the bank and told them about this problem

it's $6700, don't spend more time here, it's not game!

no body will give you any perfect info. better than the same bank.

If you were standing there, wouldnt you have noticed if the money came out?  Sounds like you need to call your bank asap.  Most ATM's have camera's so they can see who (if anyone) got the money.
