Does this happen to all women?

ok, iv been ttc #1, and was wondering if i can get preggers even if most my husbands s***n leaks out after??? i keep my hips elevated for an hour after, but heaps still come out,,, does this happen to most women? thanks

i wouldn't worry about it, it happens to me as well. tho i don't keep my hips elevated =) so just think there are a lot of women that get pregnant without even doing that.

I would clean yourself up tho, like someone else said you dont want a yeast infection, also dont be afraid to clean yourself up because you dont want to get a urinary tract infection either.

sperm can live up to 5 days inside your body, so even if youre not keeping "in" as much as youd like to be you still have sperm alive inside of you from up to 5 days of s*x prior.

Perhaps your hubby just has a lot of s***n.  Keeping your hips elevated will help get his little swimmers where they need to go & just wipe with toilet paper for any that comes out.

Remember that it only takes one of his swimmers to make it to the finish line for you to get pregnant!

Well, I couldn't pleasantly imagine keeping it in there for an hour... However, after s*x, yes, it does leak out. I don't think wiping it up with toilet paper is going to decrease your chances of pregnancy (if anything, probably just decreasing the chance of a yeast infection).
