Does this mean he likes me?

Okay well this guy sent me a txt saying

I like you, and someone else sort of

When he says this does it mean he likes me. and the other person sort of or does it mean he likes us both sort of?

no he means that he is not interested in only you because if he really likes you he wouldn't bring up the other person.

Well, to me it seems like he likes you. And he sorta likes someone else.
