My coworker said this to me this morning and it has no effect on me. I don't understand what he is talking about.

It means a lot of people go through her,(have s*x with her). Being as though turnstile are used in various places like the subway or amusement parks where a lot of people are at, he's initiating that their is excessive amount of people who your mother have s*x with.
