  2. yea you do get tanner when you are in the water or if water is on you. The reason is that the sunlight is attracted to the water. So if there's water on you, you get a better tan.

  3. Yes, water magnifies the sun onto your skin.

  4. yes i have a inground pool in my backyard and i get a float and every like 2 to 4 mins i splash some water on to my body

the sun is atracted to it like sun is atracted to black

and if your just going to lay out like at the beach then if you put baby oil on  it helps you get tanner

    both work for me

  7. yes. b.c of the reflction

  8. the sun reflects of the water and on to your skin- it does make you tanner if you're in the water

  9. Yes because the water reflects the light onto your skin.

  10. The surface of the water acts as a reflector - it bounces off the uva and uvb rays from the sun causing you to tan.

I suggest you please do not sit outside deliberately next to the water with dangerous sun rays bouncing onto your skin. You could get deadly skin cancer and most likely you'll have early wrinkling and as you get older, your wrinkles will be more intense compared to some one who doesn't tan.  But bottom line is that your risk of skin cancer will increase if you sit out and tan. Try a self tanner instead - they look natural without the harmful effects of the sun. When you go outside, make sure you are protected with spf 30 or higher.
