Egos can be a very deceptive thing. For the most part it's where you want it to be and won't cause all that, if any, commotion.

But, every now and then you let it slip from your hands and can do/say some really regretful things.

The funny thing is, every time your ego gets the best of you ... it outdoes all the times you kept your cool and did things the right way, even if the positive ratio is 10:1 that you do things right vs. things bad.

Ego is a hard thing to control sometimes.

both actually. sometimes when i accomplish something it seems that it helps, and then at other times i feel its just too much and embarassing.

Yes. Negatively and in the weirdest way when I feel no one appreciates me. I did not expect that.
