Times and days you would be able to walk, your name and phone number, and maybe some cute clip art to decorate it, and make it more attractive.  

Also include pricings, and a reason for starting your business, such as saving for college or a car.

Hit some apartment complexes and solicit a bit there, as many of these people can get pretty tired of taking their dogs for laps around the complex after a while, and many of them dont have enough time.
