Question:

Doll Identification?

I am looking for a set of dolls that came out in the early-mid 80s and they weren't Barbie Dolls. Two of the female dolls were named Star and Kelley(?). There were 2 male dolls that went with them. They were supposed to be teen dolls with school supplies (books and such). I have looked EVERYWHERE online and offline and I cannot find not one thing about them. Can anyone please help me identify them??

  2. Hi there!

ok I tried harder *grin* and I think this is theseare the  dolls you are thinking about...Starr™, and her friends Kelley™, Shaun™ and Tracy™ are placed on the market with no ties or relationship to Barbie®.  The boxes of each version is unique and different from the pink box color of the Barbie line.  The white boxes look to be covered with a notebook-paper design.  Each of the 11 ½" characters attend Springfield High School, and that is where each student (doll) is involved in many academic and extra-curricular activities.

I googled Starr doll by Mattel....hope this a better help to you luv....take care. There are pictures out on the internet too :)
