Dolphins in England?

Question

Are there any places in england that do dolphin shows - like sea world etc... or have 'dolphinariums' ( i think thats what they are called lol) ?

Before you ask no im not for dolphins in captivity but asking for a friend.... as she lives in the uk and has always wanted to swim with dolphins... but dosen't have the money to just go off to places like america to do so lol...

Yes!  You're in luck.  There is a place called 'Dolphin Land' in London.  You swim with these dolphins and cuddle them and that.  You are allowed to kiss them if you don't have chapped lips.  It's a fiver to enter the building and it's a tenner if you want to swim with the elephants which is just opposite the 'Dolphin Land'.  That place is called 'The Elephant's World' incase you're interested.  Personally, I didn't enjoy swimming with the elephants as it was keep wrapping its trunk around my neck and the bast*rd nearly drowned me.

i live in the uk and i dont think so. however spain does as ive been and flights over there can be as little £40 return (as long as it is not peak time)!! thats generally cheaper than a day out in the uk anyway!!

you have chance to see dolphins all around the english coast, south coast and Wales are quite good

your friend may want to swim with dolphins BUT do the dolphins want to swim with her surley it should be up to the dolphin not the trainer making them do it, dolphin captivity is soooooo cruel, (find out how long they live for in captivity, and then in the wild you will never go to one of those places again)

i dont think so we have aquariums but ive never known any with dolphins in and you dont ever hear of any really

hmm not sure bout enclosed ones, their prob are sumwhere.... but their is one in the sea where i live: kent near folkestone, it swims with anyone  who goes near it and its free to do so ... so if ur lookin for a bargain come to kent lol xx

i dont know but maybe you should look up where Dave the Dolphin hangs out, apparently some drunks tried to swim with him!

It is actually an offence to play with Dolphins in this Country.... Only 2 weeks ago 2 men were charged with Cruelty for playing with a Dolphin in the sea.....

This Country's laws stink...
