  4. YES! I like it when cold just the the way it is.

    I'm not a vegetarian and/or vegan.

I do eat red meat and white meat.

I eat tofu because I like the taste and it also regulates estrogen levels which is very important during PMS and menstruation.

I never had to consume any menstrual medications and I mever had any of those embarrassing gross symptoms such as bloating, water retention, weight gain and cramps.

  9. Natalia,

Ahhhh, I love it, too. I like the tofu that's cut in round chunks so you can fix it like scallops. Worcestershire Sauce, A little of the low sodium Soy Sauce, some chinese vegetables, and of course some noodles and I'm good to go.

Tofu is a lot like mushrooms. Like mushrooms, it takes on the flavor of whatever you're cooking. I think a lot of people are turned off by it, not because of the taste, (which isn't nasty at all), but the the texture. The same could be said for mushrooms as well.

    Yeah, I do like it.

    Happy and healthy eating

  10. I love tofu any way; but my two fav ways to eat it are....those rice stuffed tofu-skins at sushi places (Inari) - super yummy/sweet... mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm and my own version of KFT (instead of KFC) where I cut extra-firm tofu into sticks, do a breadcrumb/spices and nutritional yeast coating and fry it...OMG, so good! (you could just use shake and bake if you like it...which I sometimes do...I'm so hungry now)

  11. I loved it even back in the 1980's when I still ate meat.  One of my favorite ways to eat it is sliced thin on top of a salad.  Put salad dressing on top, and yum!  I love it stir-fried, too.  I make an excellent green curry with stir-fried extra-firm tofu, green curry paste, and coconut milk.  It's delicious.  I just don't understand how people can dislike it.  It's always one of my favorite components in a dish.

  12. i love tofu also, in fact i am eating it right now.  i sauteed in butter and garlic and i am dipping it into soysauce.  usually i bread it with italian bread crumbs and fry it, then dip it into spaghetti sauce.

  13. I went to a chinese restaurant and had steamed tofu. it was soooo good. It had veggies in it ... yum.

  14. i slice it and fry it in thick red pepper paste

  15. crumble it small and add nutritional yeast and onions salt and fry it with cornmeal and flour. it is wonderful eaten this way.
