Donotcall.gov!!!!?

Question

ok,im 13 and i was stupid and signed up for all these freebies and stupidly gave my phone number out.

the phone rang like 9 times this morning asking for me.

the donotcal.gov has a form im confused on how to fill it out

they are all these blank spaces

First u go to the website and click register then it well tell u to enter your phone number. area code and phone and your email fill it out and click submit. they will tell you to check for errors if you don't see any click register. Then they will send you a email to the email you provided verifying that you are the one who registered for this. That's how u fill it out.

Note: you do not have to fill out all three phone number spots
