Double Boiled Drinks?!?

I recently bought a star fruit drink and the label said the "drink was double boiled to perfection" I was wondering what is the purpose of double boiling?? o.O

if you double boil something, then it wont burn. if u boil it then it could burn the liquid and turn bad. ( a double boiler is a device)
