Download hole *.* files from entire website?

i wants to download hole *.pdf / *.mp3 / *.jpeg or any type of files from entire website .is there any software who's do this for me.

Ya...search for site grabber.. give it the link to the index page... and it will download every possible page and content...u can chose what to download and what not to..
