Downloaded 2 year Norton renewal

Question

Downloaded 2 year Norton renewal last night which took 8 hours!!!!! Now I find that there is an icon saying install Norton 360 on my screen and when I try to run that it says "file corrupt" and won't do anything. Ar no stage did the download as me for a Product Key either like the instructions for the download were telling me. Meanwhile I note that Symantec happily took my $185 for the subscription renewal that obviously has not happened. If my problem can not be fixed then I want an immediate credit to my visa please.
