Downloading websites?

hi, i am going to create my own .com website, but i think javascript editing and so is such a really unneeded effort. so is it possible to download own made templates like a piczo, freewebs or a similar website like that( i dont mean PICZO and FREEWEBS in its wholeness, i meant that i want to make my own templates in one of em and then download it and further edit it in java.

If I understand your question correctly.....you should be able to create a template and then save it.  Once the template file is saved you can edit the file to your liking.

You can download any free or paid for template and edit it and the CSS using any good HTML editor. Have no idea about reference to editing in Java??????
