Drafting a bodice/bustier pattern?

I'm making Belle's Ball Gown (the yellow one from Beauty & the Beast) for a friend. I can draft the skirt, but I need help with the bodice/bustier. It needs to be boned and strapless. I know how to draft a corset that fits to the underbust, but I don't know how to accomodate the bust. Can anyone help me, or suggest a pattern that I can easily find without a lot of internet shopping?
