Dream Question!?

I had a dream last night where I was shopping for footballs. I was looking for a leather one, but all I could find were the small foam ones. I went to Wal Mart, Academy Sports, and Target. I could not find a leather football anywhere. What does this dream mean?

I agree with the interpretation that you are looking for something and want quality (unwilling to settle). I would like to add that, in your dream, you weren't going to the best places or searching far and wide. Perhaps you are looking in places that look right but aren't working anymore? A need to cast the search net wider?

And do not discount personal meanings: does football mean anything to you? Remind you of someone? Or simply your body wants to play football because it craves some activity?

Unable to find stuff in the dream reflects helplessness in you.

I am not sure if you are a fan of football.  However, looking for sport goods symbolize the need to attention.  Finding a small foam one symbolize the replacement thing you need to have in order to fulfill your temporary need.  Basically,  you may be helpless about things you can't control and you vent it all out in this dream.

The shopping is you looking for some thing in life.  And no matter how much you look you can not find the some-one or some-thing that you want. It might be a person or a job or something else.  The foot ball is what you want but all thats available is the foam one that you do not what.
