Dream interpretation? ?

Question

I recently had a dream that I somehow went back in the future and could change anything I wanted. Instead of going after the obvious disasters that I could prevent, I first went and found an old (somewhat significant )high school friend. Is this a statement towards the person or the time in my life I wanted to change?
