Question:

Dreams of falling behind?

That's just it. From time to time, I have dreams of some major test, or a class that I fall behind in. For instance, I had a dream that I was studying extraterrestrials, and I do poorly on a test on the subject. There are dreams of video games of incredible difficulty.

So just, in general, what does it mean when you are failing at something in your dreams?

  1. Normally, this represents feelings you are experiencing in your waking life... feelings of being overwhelmed at work, or having more stress than you can handle, or feeling you are being "tested" by a supervisor or some authority figure.

The video games likely represent challenges you are facing in your life.  The extraterrestrials might represent a problem that is TOTALLY foreign to you, and you feel you are not going to master the skills you need to deal with it.  For me, this would be higher math!  It will always be alien to me!

So, when you have these dreams, just think about your life, your job, the challenges you are facing, your overbooked calendar and all the demands being made on you.  Pray for wisdom.  Prioritize.  TRY to relax!

    God bless you,

  2. Well I have dreams sort of like that too and everyone i've asked about it says that it's because I don't have much confidence in myself so that could be it.
