Dresscode in Milan,Italy???

...i'm going to Milan and wondering if there's a dresscode (cover shoulders, no short skirts etc) on the streets? restraunts? shops?

  1. The restrictions would be for visiting churches.

    Otherwise, "normal" clothing is fine.


  2. First of all summer in Milan is unbelievably hot! so be sure to bring really light clothes and open shoes or you'll die..lol

    For what concerns clothing restrictions as the guy above me said there are some but just in churches and religious places.

    You'll probably want to visit the Duomo and/or The Last Supper(which is located in a church) so you need to know that to enter such religious places you need to have your shoulders and your legs(at least till your knees) covered.

    It's noting too strict but you have to dress in a decent way as a sing of respect toward a sacred place.

    Once you understand this, you're gonna be fine!

    So, have fun and enjoy your trip!

  3. Its no different then any city you visit. When I was there everyone was in jeans and t-shirts.

  4. Uhhhh. Italy is not a strict Muslim country.
