Drink with Jack Daniels?

Question

One time one of the people I was out with bought me a mixed drink. I remember that it had Jack Daniels in it but don't remember the other drink. It was something real simple, like squirt or something. Does anyone know what it was? It wasn't anything dark in color like coke...

Sprite/7up...... it makes a very light brown color.  You would usually order it saying "Jack and 7"

It was a Rum and Coke i bet ya, the guy didn't feel like getting the rum so  he  used JD

what you had was a coke with JD in it

I don't  know  what it is called  except it  was  a coke + JD and the person you had with you was cheaper than the coke itself

Jack and citrus is like jack and heaven.  You can do so much with JD. :) I even bake with it.  Hey, JD grill at fridays is an absolute inspiration! lol.  

Jack is a fantastic bourbon. As far as Tenesee wiskeys go, its my number one. :)  

You can mix it with 7up or sprite, or you can mix it with vault or mountain dew.  Citrus brings out the "BANG" in Jack.  h**l, even orange and jack works, orange being an orange soda or orange juice.  

I've also mixed jack into iced tea with other ingredients, as well as beer. :P but then again, boiler makers isn't the subject of this post.  

if it was light colored, it was jack and a light soda like sprite or 7up.  if it was greenish gold, it was most likely mountain dew or vault.  if it was orange, it was an orange drink or orange juice.  If it was dark, I'd question the bartender before drinking it.
